Delivery & Shipping Policy

1. Digital delivery

SiteHub is a digital service. We do not ship physical products. Your website is delivered electronically — it is built by our team, made available to you as an online preview, and then published to the internet once you have approved it and payment is complete. There are no courier charges or physical shipping involved.

2. Timeframes

• Preview: your first website preview is typically ready within minutes to a few hours of submitting your details, depending on the option you choose.
• Review & build: for Guided Build and Done-For-You projects, our team reviews and refines your site — this usually takes 1–5 business days depending on scope and how quickly we receive your content and feedback.
• Go live: once you approve the site and payment is received, we publish it. Your site is normally live within a few hours; a custom domain can take up to 48 hours to propagate.

3. Access & hosting

Your live website is hosted by SiteHub for the duration of your active subscription and is available to your visitors worldwide over the internet. If your subscription lapses, the site may be unpublished until it is renewed.

4. If delivery is delayed

If your site is delayed beyond the timeframes above, or you cannot access your preview or published site, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly. Delays caused by outstanding content or approvals from your side are outside our control, but we will always help you move forward.
